Web capture can only work with HTTP sites, not HTTPS sites. If the auto-scroll method is failing or producing undesirable results, try panoramic capture. Snagit (Mac) 4 and later introduces a new way of capturing content that extends beyond what is visible on your screen - panoramic capture. If the Apple's App Store version of Snagit is not being used and the arrows do not appear, make sure that the scrolling is enabled in Snagit. The scrolling arrows do not appear when using Apple's App Store version of Snagit.

From the menu bar, click View > Developer > Allow JavaScript from Apple Events.
